995 type flat end clamp, also known as HDPE pipe groove joint or flat end flexible clamp, is made of QT450 ductile iron and is a specialized pipe fitting for connecting HDPE flat end pipes. There is no need to roll grooves on the pipe material, and the outer wall of the flat pipe can be tightly clamped to achieve sealing and docking. It is commonly used for quick connection and emergency repair of HDPE pipes for fire protection and water supply and drainage.

**QT450 ductile iron * *: cast in one piece, with high strength, good toughness, impact and pressure resistance, not easy to break, meeting the pressure requirements of water supply and drainage, fire protection pipelines. **Red epoxy spray coating * *: Powder coating of internal and external epoxy resin, anti-corrosion and rust proof, resistant to humid environments, with a red appearance and high recognition on construction sites. **Haf split structure * *: 4 bolts are locked, and the two halves of the clamp clamp the pipeline, making it easy to disassemble and assemble without breaking the pipeline. It can be quickly installed during pipeline repair and replacement. **Suitable for flat HDPE pipe: The pipe does not require groove processing and can be installed directly. It is equipped with a rubber sealing ring for reliable sealing and has a small amount of expansion and contraction compensation function to absorb thermal expansion and contraction of the pipe.
