Ductile iron pipe plug, also known as groove blind plug or head plug, is made of QT450 ductile iron integrated casting and belongs to the end sealing fittings of groove type pipelines. It is mainly used for sealing the pipe mouth of fire and water supply and drainage groove steel pipes, blocking the end of the pipeline, and cutting off the flow of the medium. It is a supporting fitting for groove pipeline systems.

Red epoxy electrostatic spraying: The inner and outer epoxy resin is coated with a red layer, which is corrosion-resistant, rust proof, water-resistant, and resistant to medium erosion. It is not easy to rust after long-term use in humid and buried environments. The red appearance is convenient for identification and management on construction sites. Groove structure: With clamps (groove fittings), it can be locked and sealed, with precise assembly positioning, uniform force distribution, and stable sealing. Easy installation, no need for welding: groove clamp type connection, directly clamp fixed at the end of the pipeline, fast construction speed, no need for welding or flange drilling, reducing on-site construction costs.
